EEG

The clinic called this morning and Isabelle's EEG was normal. Always a sigh of relief to hear good news from these tests. Though a small part wants to hear...this is what's wrong and this is what we do about it. Of course we want to hear good news, but it would be nice to have an answer too. My fear is that we'll have done all these months of testing and not get to an answer and we'll never know why she's delayed. This does happen, and she'd get a general diagnosis of developmental delay and then we'd just deal with the symptoms with therapy. This would be a good diagnosis, really, but like I said, a definitive answer would be nice. The doctor said they would continue to call as the rest of the blood work comes back.
